i knew a two girls named T. Kettle. Sisters .

I knew a Joanna King.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait until he gets to middle school.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Anyone else more bothered by "Hilda and I's" than anything else here?

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

'Mike sounds like a good name for your son Mister Hunt...'

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I worked with a dude called Michael Hunt. He signed everything with Michael.

jack is in kindergarden now and in school next year or so i assume? maybe there will be updates?

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

When you know him as well as I do it's John

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn it, Greg, it's "Hila's and my," not "Hila and I's." Maybe if you read more you wouldn't fall for naming your child something that will be censored by every AI algorithm.

3 weeks ago | Likes 82 Dislikes 2

Also the first post should be ‘my wife and I are expecting…’

All sorts of wrong going on here, Greg

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

actually kinda smart on helping avoid ai tracking him isnt it?

3 weeks ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

That's when you lean into it: Dad, you have to knock. You know I'm Jack Ingof in here.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

When would I have done my homework? I'm always Jack Ingof!

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Dear, you should have known that even after we got married I'd still constantly be Jack Ingof.

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Knew a lady by the last name of Hicks. She named her child Braxton.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

At least they found out within a day, likely before legally naming the child lol

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

in case you were wondering, 'Hila's and my.." is the way to do that joint possessive.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just imagine when a teacher has to call him by his full name during that first roll call.

3 weeks ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

If the kids smart he'll insist on going by john or jay, very common for the short J names to swap their pick around lol

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It is so easy to change your name. A family member of mine has legally changed his name 3 times and he’s not even 18 yet.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah...that totally happened.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Fucking brutal.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I mean to be fair he could of done some simple crowd sourcing to catch the issue.....probably a good lesson for the boy....

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jack is a nickname.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It originally was one (and continues in this role even today), but it is now also very common as a given name in its own right.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lmaooooo

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

the kid will probably be cool as fuck with a hilarious attitude and a great easy going disposition...I mean he gets to walk up to people (teachers, principals, any one in authority), hold out his hand and say "jacking off" and they will be like "what!?"...and he will be like, " Hi, my name is Jack ...Ignof"- and everyone will remember him....like, "I met this dude, you will not believe his name"... it is a super win.

3 weeks ago | Likes 110 Dislikes 6

The kids gonna be gullible. But possibly someone who is able to change their mind after being presented with new information. But only if he grows up not being named Jack.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I know you're looking at the positive side but I think you are forgetting how cruel kids are.

3 weeks ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

i knew a guy called 'Beat Off' because he got caught beating off one time.

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

if he survives teen age, that is. if hes already a target by then he's gonna do a russian backflip.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I dunno, this immediately made me think of Greg Barret, formerly known as Greg Gay who was bullied into near-suicide because of his name. As someone who was also severely bullied as a kid, I personally would never choose to put my kid in a situation where they could be bullied for it and just hope everyone handles it well.

3 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I was bullied too....IDK, it has a lot to do with the parents and what other support there is...once I found the outdoors and art I was fine...oh, and pot....pot helps

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Could be traumatizing too, everyone laughing at him everywhere he goes, making fun of him... You never know how people will react to things.

Boy named Sue

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It could be; hopefully Greg and his partner are good at instilling a chill attitude. Because let's face it, kids are cruel and they will always find something. That's fairly easy pickings though.

3 weeks ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

I knew a guy named Duncan Hines. Oddly enough, it's both at the same time. He's super chill about it while simultaneously hating it with every fiber of his being.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What's strange about Duncan Hines?

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

What's with morons scribbling all over common words?

3 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 8

Some platforms censor certain content via automatic shadow bans of certain words, phrases, etc (it even happens on Imgur), so users have to either avoid or obscure certain words or any words they suspect my trigger the shadow ban. Otherwise the posted content will only be visible to the OP and anyone who manually enters the page address for the post. It won't show up in feeds at all and the OP is not told this. They have to figure it out by seeing it not show up in feeds or get any views.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

How is this question STILL being asked?

3 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

*My and Hila’s first born child

Or

*Hila’s and My first born child

But not “Hila and I’s.” Break the sentence in two and listen to how it sounds to understand how to phrase it.

Would you say “I’s first born child”? No so you shouldn’t use “Name and I” in this way.

3 weeks ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I hate this so, so much. It's really bad when people say it, but when someone actually writes out "I's", it becomes incredibly painful.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I understand. When someone says it my brain stops and won’t hear what comes next.

We spent so much time learning this in school that I am frequently surprised when I hear or see it in the wild.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank you! Although, don't put it past someone in this county to say "I's."

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes, thank you for spotting this.

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Anyone who wants to flirt with Jack in the far future will always have an easy in to joke about.

3 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And immediately be banned by him. People who hear the same fucking low-effort jokes about their name 20 times a day tend to get tired of it.

A worked with a woman named Violet, and she told me almost *everyone* told her "Violet! You're turning violet, Violet!" from the time she was in elementary school. As a result, she hated "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory".

If your idea of flirting is doing something your target has grown to hate, I got some bad news for you...

Bob Cock is alive and well and he doesn't know why everybody smiles when he introduces himself.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I asked a guy named Chris Bacon if his middle name started with a P. He didn't get the joke.

Nascars famous Dick Trickle has entered the chat

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's a British racing driver called Jack Goff who did alright too. He did unfortunately race for a team in the BTCC called Team Hard at one point though.

"The batter's Holden, the bowler's Willey"

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There used to be a NASCAR driver whose name was Dick Trickle. I'm not kidding, his name was Richard Trickle and he INSISTED on going by "Dick".

3 weeks ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I know of Dick Trickle. He was from Wisconsin, so gets a mention in That 70s Show. Really sad what happened to him too.

3 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I went to school with someone called Jack Toff. I told my parents about him one time and they laughed and I was so confused.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And Chris Pratt (crisp rat) too

3 weeks ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

That one doesn't roll off the tongue as easily.

3 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Or his co-star in Parks & Rec, Raw Blow.

3 weeks ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I hadn't heard that one!

3 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I bet Greg is the kinda dude that says media literacy is stupid.

3 weeks ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 4
