New 3DS XL 2DS Mod Update (N3D2DSXL)

I got in the N3DS XL today straight from Tokyo. It’s in pretty great condition! I almost feel bad tearing it apart but it’s for something one of a kind. I’ll be installing CFW shortly. Initially I thought I would only be able to fit a 4000mA battery but I managed to find a 5000mA that will fit. Considering the stock battery is 1750mA, the new battery is just shy of 3X the capacity. The blue piece above the battery is the layout for the PCB. The PCB features USB C, relocated buttons, RGB for the shoulder buttons, and breakout board for all of the buttons (and few other stuff). The 3D slider and volume have been relocated to the left and right of the usb C connector on the top. They are now thumbsliders like in the GameBoys. I also bought Joycon joysticks as I believe they will work and is an upgrade over the circle pad. It also allows for easier assembly. The case design is complete, PCB design is 99% done, ribbons cables nearly done, and I have everything except the aluminum for the shell.
