I seem to have no ability to go to my chat and I’m a little bit confused on how much more involved I need to be in the community to be able to see the messages that people are sending me??
These first posts of mine also seem to be missing and I have absolutely no idea why?
When I scroll down my posts these don’t show up anymore.
Thank you for your help!!!! I’ve submitted numerous tickets to support, but have yet to hear from them so after about six months of waiting, I figure I’m just going to ask you.

There seem to be some accounts with weird issues. A few have been fixed, others still have issues. Tell the helpdesk and hope for the best.

I've found submitting support tickets to be a total waste of time. With the exception of two occasions, putting in a ticket has merely resulted in a '𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘴, 𝘸𝘦'𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘵' email and then nothing more. But the bit that grinds my gears is the patronising '𝘐𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦'𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘨𝘪𝘧' bit at the end. Pfft.

The only thing I can think is if your tab is switched from public to private on some of them for some weird reason. Not sure though.
