I'll be taking my Mental Health Day this upcoming Saturday, so I can attend my Grandmother's Funeral Service.
I *tried* to do a shift switch with another co-worker, but the upper management "conveniently forgot" to look at the form, and then DENIED ME because another person is on Vacation.
Apparently the Hospital I work at ALSO says that I am not allowed to file for paid Bereavement as a Per-Diem worker (who pushes 30-40 hours a week on average still).
Fuck working. Fuck this hellscape.
