I've played the game, but wasn't aware it was an actual written work of his. You've measurably improved my life with the knowledge I get to experience a Douglas Adams work for the first time at least once more.

I haven't heard it! I read the biography Don't Panic by Neil gaiman and it talks about it a lot. Im sure it's wonderful but I'm terrible at listening to audio stuff. Though maybe my husband and I could listen together.

The scripts are available as a book if that's more your speed. I think listening would to at least one episode (or "fit, as they're called) would be worthwhile, if only just for an appreciation of how much creativity and effort went into their SFX work.
