Looks like you got screwed.

Great location to get it plugged, costs almost nothing compared to a new tyre

Update, a professional fixed it for 30 bucks. Drove home and no leak at all.

Gonna need to have a pro do it. I used one of those cheap patch kits and now it leaks worse than it did with the screw, lol.

Lmao been there 😅

Should've just left it in if it was acting like that good of a plug. Little rubber cement over it and it's basically a patch anyway

Yeah, it leaks about 10x faster with the patch than with just the screw. Should have just waited to get professional help.
But I've already learned my lesson previously and keep a little tire pump in my car. Not as fast as the big air compressor at home, but it works. That should get me to the tire shop after work.

Yeah, you got this dude. I once had a screw in my tire and could hear the hissing, so I just tightened it a bit and it was good for like 3 days until I got paid lmao

Yeah, i had been filling it before work all last week before I found the screw. Would need yo just top it off with maybe 15psi once a day. Now it's 100% flat in about an hour, haha.
Actually I was surprised at how long it took to go flat with the screw removed and a giant gaping hole.
Thr annoying part is the tire is 1 month old.

Oof. Yeah, my last blowout was cause an accident left shit in the road on the merge lane. Tire was still good. Gonna be my spare once I get to replacing all four

Yeah, I have a full size spare that I've never used in 10 years. It is, of course, also flat. Not that it mattered, my floor jack is dead and I couldn't have changed it anyhow.
My last tire damage was right in the sidewall, there was no way to repair it.
