All that’s left of Necklace #1, following *first* necklace implosion/disintegration, is pictured here in plastic bag (including lone ‘L’ letter initial, which was completely broken off entirely)

Proof of my *2* separate Amazon orders of the BaubleBar necklace in question (I placed the ‘replacement’ order for Necklace #2 immediately after Necklace #1 randomly broke entirely into pieces for no reason, which happened to be only a little more than a month after originally purchasing Necklace #1. In total, I spent approximately $115-$120 on two orders of the same necklace, only for *BOTH* necklaces to immediately and completely break for no apparent reason. A necklace of such significant cost and supposed craftsmanship shouldn’t just disintegrate into pieces ….twice….when its wearer is simply standing idly. And my experience and viewpoint isn’t unique: Check your reviews - There’s plenty of reviewers who’ve shared my experience, who are equally outraged, and who are equally demanding that BaubleBar makes this right and does right by us by making us whole. For me. I paid approx $120. And all I have to show of it are an endless number of loose beads, shattered clasp pieces, a lone letter initial in a plastic bag, and some exposed, remaining thread that’s all that’s left of 2 severely broken, irreparably damaged necklaces. Please do the right thing for not just myself, but for the other poor individuals who also spent a lot of their hard-earned money for a necklace that clearly failed in every way.

Thank you! I really appreciate that :) BaubleBar doesn’t have an option to upload photos to an online Customer Service inquiry (and I obviously wanted them to see photo proof of this sham of a ‘beautifully crafted’, expensive jewelry piece that is actually a piece of junk), so I turned to Imgur so I could include the link in my ‘Customer Service inquiry’ (and maybeee made the Imgur post ‘public’ and added some hashtags for good measure ;) )
