Know how a lot of offices have single stall bathrooms, a toilet and sink, and they have generic signage showing both a cis male and female archetype icons? Turn in every employee of those offices for using the 'wrong' bathroom. Base it on the fact that if you are of the opposite gender and expected to use that bathroom, then it is for your gender - and they're thus breaking the law. I'm really hesitant with these. I remember an instance where such a reporting system got spammed to the point where it needed to be taken down (good) but the person who'd called for it could just use that for spin. "Over the X months we were in service, we got Y-thousand complaints! This demonstrates the need for stricter bathroom monitoring" etc etc. I don't know the solution. I'm just so very tired.
