2011- The year it didn't even open

This is the ski area for Mount Baker up in Washington, USA. 2011 was one of the few years it didn't open because of 20' of snow covering the roadway. We mostly played in the snow and I took a few pictures. This picture was in the lower parking lot, not the upper one that's supposed to be open all summer.

2012- Worth the wait

2012 was a much better year! This picture was taken from near the first one, but minus all the snow. There was a lot of smoke from nearby forest fires, though.

2013- Beautiful year!

2013 was hot and it showed. While there was snow in the upper parking lot, it was only on the borders. My mom came up for a photo vacation (she's a pro) and I made her visit.
