I just cooked some chicken breast, seasoned with salt and garlic powder, in a frying pan in olive oil. I cooked some fresh broccoli in the microwave and boiled some rotini. I cut up the chicken and added it and the veggies to the (drained) pasta. Then I poured in a jar of cheese sauce. It was easy and delicious! You can do this with whatever veggies/sauce/meat you like.
