I'm hoping that they find illegal bias, but I think it's possible that the only bias is that the algorithm boosts paying accounts. There's 3 tiers of blue check mark, each with increased boost to their posts. It sends unverified accounts to the bottom of a discussion, effectively shadow banning liberals/lefties who don't want to give money to the right wing/richest person in the world. It's a dirty little loop hole that lets him say hes not biasing based on political opinion, just by who pays.
