I am grateful that I work from home and that my kids enjoy playing video games downstairs with me. #contest #shareyoursetup

The 90s is/was my era but I am happy to play all video games. I can turn on the pinball machine and the defender cabinet if people want to see those in action. I mostly have NES, SNES, Genesis, N64. Leave me a comment with one of your favorite games and I will attach a picture if I have it.

I wish I still had my Sony wega trinitron. The only TV I have right now that will play nes, snes and Sega games is a 10 inch tv/DVD player

❤️ when we moved a few years back I was looking for TVs and this Trinitron came up nearby. First thing that was moved into the new house

Followed by the pinball machine lol

Was the TV heavier than the pinball machine? Lol

It was close lololol

Damn. I have a retro dresser.

Each drawer contains a different console :P

Oooooo.... Defender. That machine got so much of my allowance back in the day. And I still sucked at it.

Defender is honestly really hard. I've kill screened space invader. I can make it to like level 15 on defender.

It’s so good though. Nothing like slamming reverse while going full tilt across the screen and blasting ships while drifting backwards.

The start up noise is pretty cool. I might try to get a video of it.

I can still hear it....

I guess I waited too long to update the post with the videos. ?‍♂️ But now I’m going to be down here playing this for the next hour or two

the only thing that i don't miss about old consoles is wired controllers.

I just started getting back into PS 1 and I was shocked that there were not many wireless options.

If you're playing on original hardware you should expect it, try emulation its much more wireless

The only one I know was an rf adapter. My cousin's had one. Worked really badly.

Nintendo Power, far right, with rocket shoes...I sent in the letter that made them answer the SMB Minus world trivia.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That’s super rad. What was that process like?

Ok Agent 826

Yes! That one. I just sent it to the questions answers part, they put it in that special section. Probably because I wrote like a child pt1/

They sent me a much longer letter than what's in the magazine, I still have it. It goes over a few more SMB tricks. I wrote a blog pt2/
