It smelled very strongly of dead zebra mussels

Top ones look like druzy quartz. You could even call them geodes. The second pick it's hard to mske out on my phone. -your local geologist

Thanks for the info! They were found at a dam in Michigan, not super known for geodes so I was stumped.

Couple of really nice fossil corals in there. Wish I could examine them all closely; very intriguing specimens for sure.
