I’m doing my first computer build in more than a decade and I almost threw out the package to submit a claim for my missing thermal paste…only to discover that it was miniature sized!

That tube will do a good 3-4 processors (unless you're doing Threadripper).

Just make sure you remember to put thermal paste on both sides of the CPU before installing

You only need to use about as much as a grain of rice. That's like 20 years supply for regular CPU/PC builds.

For further clarification since this is your first build in more than a decade, using more than that actually makes the thermals worse.
