Sea Biscuit

Just giving a shot can someone ID this fossil?
Had it for about 30 years and always wondered when and how this thing lived.

Found this on the side of the road where they had tilled like 3 feet deep to add more lanes. It is the size of a small biscuit. Found in DFW area.
