awesome

That wrought-iron rigid body as she goes over is a sight to behold. That kid is going places.

So surprising to see larval humans with perfect coordination.

"Bravo mademoiselle !"

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn, what's her name? I'm tempted to save this video to be able to say "I saw her when" lol

My wife and I both said "That kid will be in the olympics."

no spotter?

Girls discover their full potential in any areas of learning. We the boys, are slow and stubborn

Learning to run that fast will be super handy if the Republicans stay in power.

12/10 perfect, no notes

As an adult gymnast who started very late, this is so awesome

You can eat now.

Spider Monkey Ninja training camp... If I tried to do this, I would have ended up with a face plant on the platform, quickly followed up with multiple dislocated and/or broken bones. In other words, kids can do amazing

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

...amazing things that I'm totally envious about.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

When will she faceplant....now.....now.....now??....but now??!....but surely now.....okay it's a "gif that ends too soon" to faceplant?

Also her head wasn’t in neutral and her back was arched throughout. 9.6 Tops, prolly more like 9.3.

1 month ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Arched backs are a natural part of little kids. Especially little girls. It's virtually impossible for someone that age to not have their back arched. It would be bent unnaturally to do so.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

so... 9.3 it is

If it makes you feel better, her career will be over in 8 years when she gets too old.

And her joints ossify.

1 month ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

15 years old, but several joints and ligaments are 42 years old. Reminds me of my Army career: left at the physical age of 32 but the body age of 52.

"Not service related."

Damn that was good. I was expecting one of two things but wouldn't have been disappointed with either outcome.

I was once a Level 1 (basic) gymnastics judge. Her repulse off the 'horse' needs more strength and there is a minor deduction for her feet positioning on landing. Those are the only faults I can detect on what is otherwise a perfect vault. Btw, this is a 'blind landing' trick that takes additional skills. Her layout, feet/toes and overall line, perfect.

Don't shoot the messenger folks. In top line competitions judges are primarily looking for errors and/or additional difficulty.

"Tiny body, giant head; perfect gymnast!"

Man these little darlings are amazing and fearless.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Give me two weeks and I can get a jump that lands on other side of obstacle… lands as in meets ground… there will totes be a squeal, and some crying

What’s that stick or something on her leg?

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

She has to have that so she can "stick" the landing.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ha! Good one. Then, she got the wrong end of the stick.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Shadow?

1 month ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Yeaaa, I see now, thanks.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The shadow of her arm?

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Oh, yea… idk why it was so hard for me to interpret that, haha.

It's amazing what kids can learn to do when they have the power to shift into slow-mo at will.

1 month ago | Likes 308 Dislikes 1

Had to go slow-mo at the end because by then she'd have been moving too fast for us to see. That kid was in high gear!

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thats basically the plot to Spider-man

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's amazing what kids can do when their bones are made out of rubber. I used to get a running start to throw myself down the carpeted stairs in my family home so I could electric slide all the way to the bottom on my shins with my feet thumpalumping under my butt the whole way down.

What a fucking insane thing to do. 33yo me doesn't know that girl.

My buddy and I would ride our bikes back to the back of his subdivision where they were still doing construction and we would jump off the hills/cliffs of dug up ground and land in the sand and keep riding. Or sometimes just jump off from a standing/running start and do flips. We were fucking crazy.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Me and my siblings would pile up on makeshift cardboard sleds. Which is nuts, cus the bottom was just a landing. I dunno how none of us ended up putting a head through the wall ...

1 month ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

That's because you were much smaller and lighter then. It's also why kids seem to have infinite energy. Little mass, little energy required for motion, little capacity for kinetic energy, etc.

1 month ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Seeing kids at the climbing gym is insane. They use techniques that are just not possible for adults. Their strength to mass ratio is just of the charts.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn you, Square-Cube law!

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's also impressive

1 month ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 6

Why the fuck are you posting this on a video with a little girl

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

this is an incredibly weird thing to post here....
