Get up and pee 4 drops. It will take you longer to decide if you really need to go and try to fall asleep wondering if you made the right choice. As someone who’s been there.

Go pee. Why? Cause in 2-3 hours you will anyway if you don't. Now you're awake already. Use the time wisely.

It bothers me if I feel like I have to pee. Even if it’s a small amount: I just can’t sleep unless the small dribble gets released
