Next to? Bruh, that's on campus. Right near the big chapel and water fountain with hippogriffs in it. Downtown is more where the Capitol building is and all the hotels. UT is very decidedly not downtown.

I disagree. To me downtown is anything north of the river and south of 45th. No biggie, cheers!
