Not that I have anything against laws that better conservation and environmental protection, but it seems they don't support green companies and businesses and just resort to beating constituents in place, which is never something I want from government. You win more with the carrot than the whip (unless you're a meatatarian or an omnivore like a normal hyooman, then substitute your favorite burger).
