The "rectangle" reflected on the drop should match the shape of the actual light source. If it's a florescent light, a rectangle might be right, but if it's the sun then a rectangle is wrong
treating it like a pencil instead of a colored pencil, I see, I see, hmmmm... interesting, I've never even considered that, also, David Tenant in Good Omens, you have taste.

Saving this for later!

Awesome! Would you rather do an oval or a circle if the light source is the sun? 🤔
AlmostHappy
For sun through a window, though, I think it makes sense.

I can do this fine via pencil but I could not for the love of god figure out how to do it in color.
CeAcatl
For me it's easier with graphite, I struggle with color

That makes me want to do colourful droplets in watercolour 🤔
IUpvoteEveryNicholasCageGIF
Oh, interesting, Personally I've never seen it done before, I've seen guache, but not water colour.
domiboshoi
omg, sounds like a challenge! there's just not enough time to execute all the ideas! 😠😂
AveryLynel
It helps to use colored pencils.
IUpvoteEveryNicholasCageGIF
That's true, if only I learned how to use it and if only I was not color stupid.
AveryLynel
The trick is to keep using the pointy end. If the end isn't pointy, you'll have to find some way to make it pointy. Good luck!
