TFT 5.5:  Phantom Gwen stayed on the field throughout game

Yesterday, while playing TFT Ranked, this almost-dead Gwen stayed on the field from some point mid-game til the end - I think it was only on my home arena. I hadn't used the champ that game, don't recall who did.
