All of those cats might consider mice to be friends now. My stepdaughter had hamsters which we introduced to our cats as friends. I had a mouse trapped in the bathroom, so I let both our cats in. I thought there would be some scuffling then the mouse would perish. Nope. When I looked in, the cats were lying down with the mouse relaxing between them. They did what we taught them to do!
this mouse is young enough its eyes aren't properly open, and while she asks if the cat has been nursing it, it's likely the nipple would be too big so it might be dehydrated as well as suffering from severe energy depletion after whatever activities landed it literally in a nest full of predators by itself (they're not usually only children, mice) and the stress response of that entire time period. it's fully possible it just won't survive, even though it wasn't visibly injured
I would bet that mouse has some serious toxoplasma gondii infection going on. This is a eukaryotic parasite that infects rodents and messes with their brain wiring to attract them to cats (by scent of their urine, iirc) because part of their reproductive cycle requires being in the intestines of a cat. Nature is neat and real messed up sometimes
Pasteurella found in cat saliva can kill small animals very fast and it only takes a very small wound for it to enter the bloodstream. Might be that too. Or a combo

I doubt the mouse did any fasting anyway! :D

Cat’s mothering instinct kicked in overtime. I’m surprised the little chap was able to get any milk among those kittens
MrFancyPanzer
Let him stay, he has earned it.

As a new mom I too would find food under my boobs.

That cat looks very confused and the mouse looks very young.

I've encountered very young and very sick ones who will. You are right to be skeptical. This might be a posed video with a pet mouse.
Cosmicfisherman
Mothering instincts kicks in and they'll accept almost any small animal.
