I'm one of those strange folks that actually likes making sure tech related knowledge base info is accurate and easy to read and follow because I'm weird. Between two different jobs, I reworked stuff for free because I'm an idiot. Today, I had my first interview to actually do this as a profession at my current job. Primary perk would be no longer talking to people on the phone. OP is a bundle of sticks, and also nerves. I'll find out in a week and a half if I can finally stop being a phone monkey.

I used to think I was good at interviews. Years later and still self employed I'm starting to have my doubts.

I'd offer advice, but I'm only good at going 3-4 rounds of interviews and then getting passed over by the ultimate decision makes.

Yeah I don’t like talking to customers or others for work. Just not a people person.

I can fake sincerity like a champ on the phone, but I've spent too much of my adult life doing this crap. At least tech can pay decent.
