Makes them look well kept. Well taken care of. If your toolbox looks like a disaster it's harder to make money with it. It costs you time and energy looking for every single thing. What's the point in having $60-80k in tools if you're not going to take care of them?

Mine are all just thrown in a drawer and it takes 5 minutes to find the one I need. I got organizers but they took up more room!
