Literally me. I crashed my bike just like that back in October and broke my wrist needing surgery. I'm still fresh out of the cast and jittery about getting back on in the spring when cycling season returns.

You should probably take re-exposure slowly.
I recently got brutalized by the cops. They wouldn't let my therapist testify and managed to convict me of resisting arrest. The 30 seconds of footage they used, included me pleading with them that I didn't understand and was in pain (I had been PTSD episodic all day).
