Ya heat iron or steel till it’s soft and hit it with a hammer until it goes into the shape you want

Now hook it up to a bike!.. pretty cool that it works, seems like some of those pieces could use a little reinforcement.

I also am hooking a motor up soon. Probably a bad idea but you live and you learn

It’s actually all sturdy. The wobble is from the ground it’s sitting on being uneven

Well, it’s more that you put holes in the handle of the hammer, seems like it will split, and those brackets for the axle probably too

The brackets are acting as wood bearings. They are made from hickory and are greased. Actually pretty strong there are parts on the frame
