Trying to connect a new wifi thermostat to new house. I got confused where the o/b wire goes because it seems like all the plugs should be on the top not bottom. Any help

Careful, some furnaces can only use one specific model of thermostat. I have one and it fucking sucks. Need to replace whole furnace

By o/b do you mean orange and blue wires? If so, ignore colours and match the letter designations from the previous thermostat.

I.e. your blue wire is your "C" terminal, can't read what's behind the orange wir2.

Do you have a conventional furnace or a heat pump... the bottom row is heat pump.

Heat pumps uses electricity to warm up a house (reverse A/C) and furnaces generally burn something like gas, coal, wood pellets, etc.
