Trying to keep myself entertained while building a Windows Forms application, so I made a custom MessageBox class that (hopefully) you guys will appreciate, since we all love us some Spaceballs around here

For the C#* geeks: It has a static Show() method that instantiates the message box, so the call syntax is nice and simple:

JMessageBox.Show("message", "title");

* For the Java geeks: Yes I know, you're better than us... I still love you.

Java geeks are not better, the language is so bad that most devs don't even use the official runtime of the language but either a custom one (android) or the community based one (OpenJDK).

*Community based* if you call 90% of participants are literally Oracle and their Java devs, your argument is technically correct.

I'm not sure what the % are, but there's also various bigger companies like Microsoft on the list.

Either you are trolling or are uniformed. OpenJDK belongs to Oracle. It is literally THE JDK. Read the second paragraph on the official site. https://openjdk.org/

So it is uniformed and ignorant. Java SE stopped by Java 16. We are currently on Java 22 from . Java SE and OpenJDK are literally the same software since version 17.
