There are a couple of things that surprise me here. First, that Longmont CO isn't on the "most connected" list since they have municipal fiber available through most of the town (it's a very fun story, btw). Second, that Augusta GA is one of the least connected cities considering that the Army built their Cyber Command Center near there a few years back
