This could and would never be. For an engine to run you need a fuel source (gas, typically), an accelerant (air), and an ignition source all contained in a timed environment. This picture has been made to look as though the fuel and electrical spark are all in one. The picture is cool/fun because of the absurdity in that this would never be....although now that I'm typing it I'm sure some engineer could make this possible, it's not a thing that exists as far as I know. Source, am mechanic.
