Update to this bullllllllshit

I posted earlier about having some repairs done (insurance covered some) thanks to a combo of water and termite damage.

House was build in 1940. Stuff might’ve been up to code then…

Anyway…it’s done and it’s spectacular.

New support beam is nice. Next up is getting rid of that window unit and, eventually, putting in a mini split. This room has zero HVAC…summers suck.
