Upgrading a lathe. (part 1)

Had a small table lathe that reached its potential quite fast. Then bought a bit larger 3t lathe, that was fine to start with... But then I got the bright idea of upgrading it. And now I'm rebuilding the electric side up to the motor with contactors... DC circuit and safety switches not wired.

Doesn't eweryone just NEED a lathe in their lives? ? I had a few parts I needed to be done, so instead of paying someone to make them ->

Spent 3500 EUR on a lathe. I made 3 bronze coffee tampers and few small parts, saved 300. Everybody knows me as the lathe guy. Priceless
