I hope that poor DM's employer never starts requiring MFA if helping people with their passwords triggers him.

I was gonna suggest security keys, as many companies already require these in most roles, but then I remembered how many of those people were issued 2, told to put 1 on their keys or similar, and the other on their badge, and still would not do that and lose them...
