Vanilla banana yogurt cake? Tried making a healthy desert of sorts. Wont know if its any good till tomorrow since I need to let it chill at least 4-12hrs before I eat it. Even if it turns out okish it smells amazing and looks fair. I made it from scratch by modifying a recipe I found for a yogurt style cheesecake.

Ingredients

450g no fat Greek yogurt
1tbsp vanilla extract
stevia
4 eggs
2tbsp all purpose flour
1 very ripe banana

Bake at 350f for 1hr or till tooth pick comes out clean.
