Volume button not showing on Rhythmbox v3.4.3 in Ubuntu 19.10 - Also control bar is on the bottom and not the top as seen is other posted images around the web.

Issue on Ubuntu 19.10 running Rhythmbox 3.4.3 - The ... next to search icon is doing nothing when pressed. Under the hamburger menu -> Tools, there seems to be nothing in there.
