I tried to make sushi today. I think it was great

The more vertical roles were the very first. Too much rice... Just too much

The ones stacked up I'm super proud of! Second role ever, Philadelphia roles. Rolled perfectly with just the right amount of rice

My only comments, use short grain. I was forced, because people are buying out the world, to use Jasmine rice a long grain. This caused odd consistency and strange cook times. I'm headed to an Asian supermarket soon to try again on Sunday!

I'd eat that

You can use that recipe as a guideline for your favorite roll. We like California. Not our fav, but I wouldn’t trust raw fish from Publix!
