We celebrated a day early with my super-stuffed enchiladas with green chili cheese sauce and tequila-spiked guacamole.
Ironically my after dinner drink is a martini.

Sadly I’ve lost my drinking privileges but back in the day it was Sapphire Martini with 3 olives - dinner - then single malt scotch. Carpe Denim!
