If I hover the mouse near the top of the screen, this rectangle shows up. It disappears when the mouse gets too close, so can't inspect it. Anyone else notice this, too?

Works fine for me but I also have a custom image as my background, so idk if that's what's making it normal

There's a checkerboard bug with Win10 and nVidia drivers that I think is still open.
