It's not just one, probably Flexor Digitorum, superficalis, profundus, and pollicis longus. But it's a bit odd that it's 1 bunched up, and 2. Moving that much in flexion. Is it the same on both arms? If not, have you torn it in the past?
No, both arms, havent torn anything, my sister also has it, seems to be genetic. I do arm wrestling and have been trying to figure out if this gives any advantage in terms of strength etc
Everyone's musculature is different, the charts we see are not exact they are averages of the most common musculature, sometimes muscles attach in different places, sometimes we have extra ones, or fascia bunches them up differently. It could very well give you an advantage.
