Switch to a different app for 5 seconds and I usually get one of these two errors. Tonight I was lucky enough to get both. I contacted support a while back and they basically gave me the equivalent of "clear your cache and cookies". Maybe make an app that doesn't suck.

if you are on android go to system settings, apps, imgur, storage, and clear cache. Depending how much you use this app, might have to repeat daily. If you're on an apple go to a mirror and point at the sucker who over paid for a lesser product

Are you even letting it close suddenly on its own for no reason and restarting it?
