At work doing a malware scan for the customer...

A customer came in and asked for a scan for malware to be done on their PC, it actually crashed the program in the clean up program immediately as "overload error"

Did you run the disk cleanup wizard first? A lot of those are probably just cookies and files in temp folder that could easily be cleaned.
