I have been recently writing a lot of sci-fi, specifically robots, so when I saw this meme I went... I bet there's a story in there.
A few hours later and I had a 1,500 word(ish) story about a little roomba whose world has quite suddenly opened up. Thought some of you folks on Imgur might enjoy it. I put it up for free on Itch.io as a pdf. https://aimeecozza.itch.io/roomba-accidentally-saw-outside :D

Now I want one where they can't find their roomba for a longass time and when they finally do, they check the map and it's just an insane labyrinth of nonsense intersecting with the house. Then again that's just House of Leaves.
