Not sure what that fact has to do with the previous statement other than to scream your outrage at the behavior that occured over 200 years ago. Judging a society over 200 years old with today’s morality and laws is specious at best. We got here because we grew and matured out of those behaviors and choices and found our way to a better place. You don’t now get to look back and judge. You can say we’re grateful that we learned and grew out of it and will never let it happen again.

Stole most of the Constitution from the Haudenosaunee? Seriously? I suspect whoever planted that "fact" in your head has never even heard of Locke, de Vattel, Beccaria, Rousseau, Montesquieu, or indeed the Massachusetts Constitution of 1780 written by John Adams.
