Grocery store "hero" in "it's my right 'merica!" My tested positive coworker feels horrible that I'm going through this. I don't blame him, I blame the I don't need to wear a mask assholes and the "I can assault a retail worker for enforcing CDC guidelines pricks" so now I can't kick non-guideline abiding customers out because some entitled woman spit on a 17 year old. Yes I know some people have been killed while working retail doors, but I'm at least worth more to my family dead than alive (financially 3x if killed at work) (go insurance!)

Sounds like you took damage a lawsuit against her is an option. Hell, she probably deserves it, she knew that a mask is needed.

I work at a "no mask, no work." Workplace. I still got it. My wife and kid did not catch it. Don't worry, you will be okay buddy.

You have no idea (well actually it seems you do) how much that helps to hear. Love the username

Thanks! Greatuncle was an original CPUSA member! The covid can be rough, but most people barely notice. Just drink a lot of water and rest.

1/2 FaceTime that lego shit and record the building of it, make the kid add a random coloured lego in an otherwise bland location.
Sockpoppet
2/2 save that lego until they move out, and write a letter today about how you feel about the distance. You’re a call away at all times, OP.

I'm not sure how to bow to a master online, but Damn that's the best idea I've ever heard

1/2 Coming from a family that’s not so great, these are the things that I wish I had-it’s not as much about the memory as much as the fact
Sockpoppet
That at this moment, you’re sad, sick, pissed, care, and miss them. You’ve got this OP, you care enough to distance. Make a memory instead.
