Although it’s about a 15 year old 2 ct OSP cable, these bends were 100% 10 dB attenuation. Causing node to intermittently go offline due to the light dropping below spec threshold.

comcast does have fiber between nodes not end users. Att and verizon does have fiber for end users.

I wasn’t taking about backend. But even backend COs have terminations like this. But Comcast has fiber for business. They all do.
