No need to shave your chest man. The fluff is appealing.

The person in the video is Bishoi Khella, and this time lapse shows 2 years of his progress.

Yoh I feel you on the skin on your stomach. IT's so rough. I went form 370 to 180. I got the same thing. But it's good that we're stronger etc. Even if it'll take a surgery I cant afford to be like "finally. yessss."

4 months ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Recent, forthright video about what a similar (slightly less radical) surgery actually looks and feels like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-JcsQ41Kuk

There will be blood. Suffice to say I don't think it's for everybody, even if you can afford the five-figure dollar cost of surgery and recovery. Godspeed if you ever do that shit, though, and well done getting to this point.

Would be so great to see a time lapse counter!

But anyway, super congrats on your persistence and fortitude. It has paid off, clearly!

I have lost 5 pounds through diet exercise and willpower

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's insane dude, congratulations and well done! May I ask at what weight you started and where you are in the ending of the video? Trying to lose weight myself, having a hard time seeing the progress (didn't take a before pic).

The moment you adopt a healthier lifestyle, you are a healthier person, you're just waiting for your body to catch up. And it will.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good for you brother.. mad respect!!

A year from now you'll wish you started today...

FUCK YEAH OP!!!
Way to set a goal and fucking crush it!!
I'm proud of you Friend!

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Even if I could commit to the regular exercise I'm certain my dumb ass would fail to commit to the daily photos. Well done on both fronts, dude!

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Seems odd OP would have some negative karma posts and then immediately a weight loss one. Especially since the previous posts include copy/pasted stuff from Farcebook. I doubt this transition is OP themselves.

4 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Who said it is?

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

When I first started transitioning, I wanted to do something like this to end up with a skinny girl in "post" next to the lorge boy on the "pre". Unfortunately I'm bad at losing weight :D

I was considering whether to call it a weight loss journey and just pretend the gender change didn't happen

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I shot the same video, but um, mine goes in the opposite direction... For real though, HOLY FUCK !

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For the first few seconds I was like Yeah! But then they started shrinking and in the end I was sad.

Research shows that over 6 months, weight lifting is more effective for weight loss than cardio per minute spent working out. This is because adding lean muscle increases your base metabolism, so even though you burn less during the workout compared to cardio, you burn more the rest of the day.
Another benefit is that you lose muscle slowly, so even if you're prevented from working out for a while you retain the increased metabolism benefits.

i have gone from 510 to 350 lbs. im stuck in about the middle of this video... cant seem to lose more /sigh

4 months ago | Likes 254 Dislikes 2

don't focus on the weight. The dude in the video did it right: a pic taken in the same place and same outfit, with no mention of weight, so he see the real progress. First comes the weight loss, but then comes the transformation in shape, because you replace fat with muscles, and muscles weight more than fat. so the scale will tell you you don't lose weight, but (if you exercise) you lose fat and replace it by muscles.

Go vegan for a little while, I never stopped eating as in my calorie intake was sky high... still lost weight even tho I nearly doubled my calorie intake and I felt super good about 3 weeks in

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My dude! Be proud as hell of that but DON'T GIVE UP. I was 375 a year ago, 320 now, and headed to ~200. When you hit a plateau, you gotta make another small change. Reduce your average calories per day by 100 or so. Two fewer bites of food. You can do this.

4 months ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 0

You lost 160 fucking pounds and you aren't proud as hell of yourself? I'll be proud for you then. It's a journey and you are kicking ass. Congrats

4 months ago | Likes 187 Dislikes 0

Precisely! I hope you can be proud of yourself. You have every reason to be.

4 months ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

Normal mistake many make is that the keep the same caloric deficit for too long and it is now a caloric normal.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Gotta switch it up sometimes your body gets used to it

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You've made progress. Now start focusing ahead, in longer terms. Instead of looking at it hour to hour, day to day, try to transition to week to week, month to month. This guy kept going, and going, and going, and just didn't stop - that's what you gotta do. He's probably still working out all day every day, so if you can change your perspective then you can do the same thing. You got this!!

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

When you were larger and did X amount of movement, you burned Y amount of calories. As you've become smaller, you can do the same amount of movement but burn less calories. Move more or get a weight vest for when you go for walks etc. Your body can't resist the laws of physics.

You've got this.

I hover between 265 and 280. Cannot seem to go any lower. But I'm 5'11" and my pants size is a US 36. I hate that I have a huge midsection. Like, not even a lot of subcutaneous fat, but huge amounts of visceral. And a metric fuck load of muscle still. I've been on HRT for 3 years now. STILL got 17" biceps and my testosterone is 3. Not 30. Not 300. 3.

4 months ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

I don't understand testosterone numbers, but I hope your number will get to where you want it, assuming it's a good thing.

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You've lost an entire me, plus a ten pound frozen turkey. Fuckin rockstar

4 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Focusing on building muscle for a while helped kick start my weight loss again after a plateau. Completely anecdotal from my own experience, but it worked for me at the time. Of course, I've gained back every ounce since then and the brought friends...

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You've already lost a 160 lbs person! It doesn't happen overnight and you've come so far! Keep going!

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Most of us are, because the last part takes extreme dedication with daily exercise and tough diet. I am 100% ok with how I look, that last part would never work for me.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do you feel better at 350 than you did at 510?

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

no but i think that is mostly because my health is declining as well.

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ah. I hope you find the strength you need.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ever consider barbaric surgery? I just got mine done 2 weeks ago so if you have any questions shoot me a dm.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Congratulations. You lost one whole me in weight. I am a whole, living, breathing, person, so that's a lot of weight. Please acknowledge how monumentally difficult that is, and please, give yourself some grace.

If you watch closely you can see he plateaued for a little while and then the result picked up again, don’t lose motivation!

4 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Grats, i (6'3") have the same Problems can't go much below 300lbs without serious diet. The Question i ask myself: "Am i mobile, can i move tons of weight, can i go for hours thanks to good cardio training." When i can answer everything with yes, then i am good. You don't have to follow some 'social rules' about your weight when it doesn't hamper you. Keep up Cardio and Back training then you are fine !

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Muscles are more dense as fat, you need Muscles to burn fat. Important is to do lot of endurance work for your heart as it has to pump the extra blood for all the weight. And keep your back muscles worked up as they have to carry it. I run regularly on a Cross trainer for that. The biggest Problem on Weight loss at that point is that you need to lose Muscle weight, and guess which muscles lose weight first: Back and Heart.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also that’s wild you should still be proud as fuck

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You know all those nutrition and PT specialists who explain that at some point your metabolism adapts to the new weight and you stop losing weight by doing the same thing? It is true. My own personal solution was to... not lose the weight so to speak. So if my body was just fine at 160 lbs, then every 5 lbs I lose I add them to a weighted vest, weighted ankle straps, weighted belt - you get the idea. So my body doesn't 'get used' to me being thinner. So far it works.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Have you tried amputating a limb

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

It may seem like you plateaued but keep pushing. You've already done very well, keep at it!

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Diet will be your best friend in breaking those humps. There's always Ozempic as well if you have insurance and are okay with using drugs to help your weightloss.

4 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Man.. you deserve all the respect in the world for doing that. Don’t forget that.

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Setting the plateaus here, it's real, just keep doing the thing and forget about results for a while. Changing your training might help too

4 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

There's a whole category of porn featuring the body type in the middle of the video
