The final straw that broke my back after a list that has been growing for years.

Why the down points? Truly curious. Looking at any comparable engine, GMS is charging 3x the price for the same (often better/more) features

If it's better or more than other engines then they can charge more.

that's the thing, it's not. less exports, a sand-boxed environment, no external libraries, it's own pseudo-language, and on and on...

I've been debating ditching gamemaker for a good year because of those reasons, this was the final, ridiculous, greedy straw.
