As a brand new studio still working on its very first game, we never got a chance to participate in an event before. Well, that and you know, a pandemic that prevented any live show from occurring.
But last weekend, we finally got a chance to show our game at EGX: London, and it has been a pleasure!
We were so happy to get to meet players, show them the game, get their live feedback… And we’ve been blessed with so many kind people who had a lot of compliments on the game but also constructive criticism that will surely prove most helpful in the future.
On the industry side, we got to meet a lot of other indie studios, play their games and make friends from all over the world. Mutual support is so strong in the indie gaming community, it’s an amazing feeling to know that helping each other is more important than being in competition…
It was also the first chance to giveaway goodies, and people LOVED our stickers and postcards. It makes us wanna make a lot more different goodies. Have any ideas on what would go great with our cute animals?
