This is gonna sound terrible… but here I go.

I suffer from all kinds of anxiety. And what helps me is remembering I’m not that special. Meaning, don’t think too much about yourself

My solution is to do image training, it's a type of meditation. I partition my thoughts and have one part focus on preforming martial art forms in my head. The othe part focus on everything else.
