Half the accident I was in, 39 years ago, at age 20. After flying over the hood, I landed on my ass, legs stuck straight out, slammed my forehead into the road between my knees, bounced back sitting upright, and then got run over by the same car and dragged by my skull for 30+ feet. Smashed the L1 vert and have an 8-inch scar across the left side of my skull over the ear.

Unfortunately my accident was the opposite T-bone. I did find out how well I learned to tumble without breaking things though, even with a crushed leg and foot

Except that most languages read from left to right. I dunno about anyone else, but it took me a minute to realize the scar was not caused by OP crawling on the ground, hitting a land mine, and then doing a sick flip.

This happened to my ex. He t-boned an SUV speeding up to beat a yellow light, flying over and hitting a tree. Luckily an EMSA was right there. He was in traction for months. The girl he left me for dumped him and his frat buddies didn't ever come to visit. I did on the pretext of helping him move his television. He was interested in me again, but I was not interested anymore since he stood behind his parents while they grilled me about my parentage. He was more trouble than he was worth.

This happened to me! Someone ran a light that had just turned red - I still had momentum pulling up to the intersection so naturally hit the gas as my light switched to green only to be plowed by a sedan going over 50mph. I was lucky to escape with only bruises!
